Where do you source your diamonds?
We source our diamonds all over the world. With over 10 years of experience as a diamond wholesaler, we purchase natural diamonds in bulks from our reliable suppliers all over the world. Our in-house diamond specialists then carefully sort and select quality diamonds, and sell directly to you within the traditional 10x makeups.

We are very familiar with diamonds and also up-to-date with everyday diamond market price and market trends. We strive to provide our customers with high cost performance diamonds that suit their needs.

Are your diamonds certified?
To increase trustworthy and transparency to our customers, most of our diamonds are certified by the three most well-known and reputed laboratories in Japan. They are the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Central Gem Laboratory (CGL) and Association of Gemmological Laboratories, Japan (AGT).

Can I customise my order?
We accept bespoke orders. Your order will be handcrafted by our experienced craftsmen which usually takes 30 days to make. To enjoy sophisticated Japanese craftsmanship, please contact museecoloree@gmail.com with the subject “Customization” for specific inquiries.

How long does it take to receive my order?
In stock items will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once it’s ready, you’ll normally receive a shipping confirmation email where you can find your tracking number of your parcel.

What is the shipping fee?
All item price includes domestic shipping fee (within Japan, including Hokkaido and Okinawa)

International Order
We only accept PayPal for International Order.

Prices and shipping fees for international orders do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country.  MUSÉE COLORÉE is not responsible for these fees, nor for Customs-related delivery delays. If the customer refuses delivery due to government-required costs from the destination country, incurred costs to return the package to sender are the responsibility of the purchaser. The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
